I am calling today to ask you to support House Bill 5422. 

The bill solidifies the current solar policy into code. It allows solar owners to get full credit for energy they produce and provide to the grid and to their neighbors. The bill also allows small businesses to own solar panels equal in size to those under the Power Purchase Agreement code.

I believe that West Virginia small businesses and families deserve the opportunity to take control of our energy bills through solar, and that this opportunity should not be reserved solely for big businesses.
